Absence of moment fragmentation in the mixed <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>B</mml:mi></mml:math> -site pyrochlore <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>Nd</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub><mml:msub><mml:mi>GaSbO</mml:mi><mml:mn>7</mml:mn></mml:msub></mml:mrow></mml:math>

Nd-based pyrochlore oxides of the form Nd$_{2}B_{2}$O$_{7}$ have garnered a significant amount interest owing to moment fragmentation physics observed in Nd$_{2}$Zr$_{2}$O$_{7}$ and speculated Nd$_{2}$Hf$_{2}$O$_{7}$. Notably this phenomenon is not ubiquitous family, as it absent Nd$_{2}$Sn$_{2}$O$_{7}$, which features smaller ionic radius on $B$-site. Here, we explore necessary conditions for Nd family through detailed study mixed $B$-site Nd$_{2}$GaSbO$_{7}$. The system characterized by disorder an extremely small average radius. Similarly find no evidence our bulk characterization neutron scattering experiments, indicating that chemical pressure (and necessarily disorder) plays key role presence or absence material family. Surprisingly, Nd$_{2}$GaSbO$_{7}$ does generate spin glass ground state instead same all-in-all-out magnetic order identified other pyrochlores found here.
